Emergency Training Planned At Lincoln Financial Field Wednesday

Local, state, and federal agencies will be training to evaluate and strengthen existing security protocols at Lincoln Financial Field.

PHILADELPHIA — local, state, and federal agencies will be conducting a large emergency training exercise at Lincoln Financial Field Wednesday, according to the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management.

This closed exercise will include the participation of local, state, and federal agencies and is designed to evaluate and strengthen existing security protocols at the facility.

Roads will be closed and law enforcement and emergency response personnel will be in the area of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex near 11th Street and Pattison Avenue during business hours Wednesday.
