Girl, 6, Woman Killed In Philadelphia Fire: Reports
A fire on the North 4th Street Friday morning took the lives of a 6-year-old girl and a 45-year-old woman. An 8-year-old boy was also hurt.
PHILADELPHIA — A 6-year-old girl and an adult woman are dead, and a young boy is hurt after an early Friday morning fire in Philadelphia, according to reports.
The fire started at about 3:40 a.m. in the area of Leithgow Street and West Indiana Avenue, according to the Philadelphia Fire Department.
First responders found four people in the home and two on the porch, NBC 10 report.

Among those found in the home were a 6-year-old girl, an 8-year-old boy, and a 45-year-old woman, according to Fox 29.
The girl and woman died from their injuries, and the boy was listed in critical condition, Action News reports.

Fire officials said the blaze was placed under control by about 4 a.m.
