The Head And The Heart Coming To Philly On New Album Tour
The indie folk group will release their new album "Aperture" May 9 and will bring their supporting tour to Philadelphia about a month later.

PHILADELPHIA — Indie folk group The Head and the Heart in May will release their new album, "Aperture."
And in support of their sixth album, the band is heading out on tour.
The "Aperture" tour will feature a stop at the Met Philadelphia on June 6.

They will be joined by Futurebirds and Anna Graves at the Philadelphia concert.
The Head And The Heart’s fan club members will have access to an exclusive artist pre-sale beginning Tuesday at 10 a.m. Alongside when local pre-sales are set to run, all support acts on the Aperture tour will run their pre-sales starting on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Spotify will run their presale on Thursday at 10 a.m.

Finally, tickets will go on sale to the public beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, March 7.

Every ticket sold will add $1 to donate to the band’s Rivers and Roads Foundation, which raises money for local Seattle-based music programs and initiatives with an emphasis on equitable access to music education, and mental health resources and support for musicians.
"Aperture" will release on May 9
Their new single," After the Setting Sun," is out now. The new track follows the release of their own record setting No. 1 AAA single "Arrow" and a new, separate version of the track featuring Philadelphia's own Mt. Joy that supports victims of the recent LA fires.
