Lombard Circle Ramp To I-95 Closing For 2 Years
PennDOT said the Lombard Circle and Columbus Boulevard to northbound I-95 will close for about two years starting Tuesday.

PHILADELPHIA — The Lombard Circle ramp to northbound Interstate 95 at Penn’s Landing will close for about two years for demolition of the existing concrete pier between the ramp and Columbus Boulevard, and for pier and foundation construction for the new $329 million I-95/CAP project.
The closure will begin Tuesday as part of the project to replace and improve the existing covered section of I-95 and improve multi-modal connections between Center City and the Delaware River waterfront.
Starting Tuesday, the ramp at Lombard Circle and Columbus Boulevard to northbound I-95 will be closed and detoured for about two years.
