Man Hurt In I-95 In Shooting, Crash Dies: Pennsylvania State Police

Pennsylvania State Police said a 21-year-old Bucks County man died after he and others were involved in a shooting incident this weekend.

PHILADELPHIA — One of the three people hurt in a shooting on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia Saturday has died, authorities said.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Aiden J. Zeallor, 21 of Levittown, died from injuries suffered in the incident.

Authorities said troopers were called to mile marker 28.4 on northbound I-95 shortly after 2:30 a.m. Saturday after receiving a call about a two-car crash.

When troopers arrived, they found a 2009 white Acura TL abandoned in the right lane with heavy rear-end damage and multiple bullet holes throughout the vehicle.

Several yards behind the Acura was a 1984 red Ford Mustang that also sustained heavy front-end damage and several bullet holes to the front windshield.

According to police, the driver of the Mustang suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital for evaluation and treatment. A passenger in the Mustang was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

It's unclear if Zeallor was the driver or the passenger.

Police later learned the driver of the Acura was picked up from the scene and driven to Temple University Hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to his upper left leg.

State police believe a third vehicle was involved in this incident and fled the scene before police responded.

This incident is being treated as a homicide, authorities said.
