Man Shot On Interstate 676 In Philadelphia Saturday: Police
A Camden, New Jersey man was shot once in the hip while driving east on Interstate 676 in Philadelphia Saturday night, state police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A New Jersey man was shot on Interstate 676 in Philadelphia Saturday night, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The shooting happened at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 676 east.
Philadelphia Police were alerted to the shooting at that time, and responders found a 30-year-old man from Camden, New Jersey was shot in the incident.

State Police said the man shot was shot in the hip by a single round, and drove himself to the Ben Franklin Bridge, where he found Delaware River Port Authority Police and reported the incident.
The victim was taken to Jefferson Hospital with minor injuries and his vehicle was secured.

The Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Investigation Unit and the Forensic Services Unit responded and are investigating the shooting.
The victim was interviewed at the hospital, and his vehicle was towed to Pennsylvania State Police in Philadelphia, where it was processed for evidence after being impounded.
