Travel Restrictions In Place For Super Bowl Parade: PennDOT
PennDOT said ramps on Interstates 676, 95, and 76 to various Philadelphia roads will be closed Friday to accommodate the day's events.

PHILADELPHIA — PennDOT said several travel restrictions will be in place on Friday for the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl parade and celebration.
According to PennDOT, these ramps will close from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday:
- I-676 West ramp to Broad Street (Route 611).
- I-676 East ramp to Broad Street.
- I-676 East ramp to Ben Franklin Parkway/23rd Street.
Additionally, the Philadelphia Police Department will be closing the northbound and southbound I-95 ramps to Broad Street sometime after 10:30 a.m. Friday until about noon to accommodate the start of the parade.

During the parade and celebration, the ramp from eastbound I-76 to Spring Garden Street will be available for right turns only.

Electronic message boards will be in place on all regional interstate highways to alert motorists about the travel restrictions and closures, which were coordinated with the City of Philadelphia, SEPTA, and other transportation agencies across the region.
Drivers are advised to avoid the closure areas because significant backups will occur.
