PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Eight days before the election, Puerto Rican Councilmember Quetcy Lozada, Reading Mayor Eddie Morán and Latino leaders called out the Trump campaign for comedian Tony Hinchcliffe's comments describing Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage."
