Philadelphia Police Offering $20K Reward In Homicide Case

Philadelphia police are looking for two men believed responsible for the fatal shooting of a 45-year-old man.

PHILADELPHIA—The Philadelphia Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying two men believed responsible for a deadly shooting that occurred earlier this year.

On Jan. 7, 2020, police responded to the fatal shooting of a 45-year-old male. According to officers, the victim was shot on the highway at 101 W. Lehigh Avenue at 5:59 p.m.

Following the shooting, police said the suspects ran north on Front Street from Lehigh Avenue and got into a smaller dark colored SUV that was parked on Front Street before leaving the area.

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the second suspect.

  • Person of interest #1: Hispanic male with a goatee, wearing a dark colored Polo zip up hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants.
  • Person of interest #2: Wearing a black Nike Air hooded sweatshirt with two-tone gray sleeves, black track pants, and black Adidas sneakers with white stripes.
