Philly Police Investigating Possible Endangered Child Case
The Philadelphia Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying a girl who officers believe may be in trouble.

PHILADELPHIA—The Philadelphia Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying a girl who officers believe may be in trouble.
On July 10, 2020 at approximately 6:17 p.m., police said an adult witness made a report to police that she observed a young female running on Kimball Street near 11th Street.
According to police, the girl appeared to be in distress, scared and lost. The witness and her husband attempted to help the child by calling 911, but the child reportedly told the couple, "please don’t call the police and ran away."

The child is described as a white female who looks to be approximately 10 years-of-age. She has chin length, dark blond hair and a very thin build. She was seen wearing a red, white and blue dress, white socks and no shoes.
