Philly Police: Woman's Body Found In Plastic Container

PHILADELPHIA—Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was discovered Wednesday morning in a large plastic container in South Philadelphia, according to multiple news outlets.

The discovery was made along the 3000 block of Wharton Street just before 10 a.m., FOX 29 Philadelphia reported.

Investigators have not reported the victim's identity or the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.
