Security Guard Shot On SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line: Officials

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- CBS News Philadelphia was told a 27-year-old man was shot in the thigh Thursday afternoon. Police are still searching for the person responsible for the shooting at SEPTA's Market-Frankford line that also led to a shutdown for hours.
