Here are the top three stories in Philadelphia today:
- A man was shot at the North Philadelphia SEPTA station on Thursday afternoon. The 34-year-old man was shot in the thigh twice and is currently in critical condition. The suspect has been arrested but their identity is not been revealed. (NBC 10 Philadelphia)
- A man who is suspected of stabbing his mother and setting their house on fire on Tuesday night has been arrested. Tyrell Hopkins Was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggressive assault, arson, and related offenses. He is currently being held on $1,000,000 bail. (WPVI-TV)
- Carole King’s "Beautiful" music is coming to Philadelphia this February. The musical will run from Feb. 22 - 27 at the Academy of Music. Tickets are currently on sale. (The Mercury)
