Suspect In Delco Teen's Shooting Being Sought By Philadelphia Police
One suspect in 15-year-old Zahkir Whitfield's killing over the weekend has been identified as Zyaki Davis, 17, according to reports.

PHILADELPHIA — Authorities in Philadelphia have identified one suspect in the deadly shooting of a Delaware County teen on a SEPTA bus last week.
Zahkir Whitfield, a 15-year-old sophomore student at Upper Darby High School, was shot and killed Saturday in West Philadelphia. He was shot at about 1:05 p.m. Saturday while on a SEPTA bus at 40th Street and Girard Avenue, police said.
Philadelphia Police are looking for four people in connection with the shooting, and are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of those responsible.

Police Wednesday said the person being sought is Zyaki Davis, 17.

Several teenagers were in the back of a SEPTA bus when they got into a fight at that time and date, police said.
The driver stopped the bus, and one of the teens got off, according to police.
When the teen was getting off, police said he fired a gunshot into the bus, striking Whitfield in the chest.
Police took Whitfield to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased at 1:19 p.m.
