Teen Killed In Weekend Shooting, Delco Police Seek Suspect

COLWYN BOROUGH, PA – Delaware County authorities are seeking the public's help locating a suspect following the shooting death of a teen over the weekend.

Around 9:15 p.m. Friday, Colwyn Borough Police responded to a reported shooting near Colwyn Avenue and Apple Street.

According to police, a 16-year-old Philadelphia girl succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at Penn Presbyterian Hospital.

There is no known motive and the suspect is still at large, police said.
