These 3 Philly Suburbs Have The Priciest Zip Codes In PA
They're all located in close proximity to each other.
PHILADELPHIA, PA — A new analysis has identified the three priciest zip codes in Pennsylvania, and they're all located along the Philadelphia region's Main Line.
According to a recent analysis from RealtyHop, the top three priciest ZIP codes in the Keystone State are
- 19035 (Gladwyne)
- 19085 (Villanova)
- 19041 (Haverford)
To determine the country’s costliest zip codes, RealtyHop analyzed over 3 million for-sale listings in its database from Jan. 1 to Oct. 15, sorting them by zip code and ranking the codes by median list price.

In the Keystone State, the Gladwyne zip code of 19035 was the most expensive, with a median list price of $2.225 million, the real estate website reported. The area has "many historic properties that generate appeal from buyers," the analysis said.
Villanova code 19085 was the second-priciest at $1.54 million and Haverford code 19041 came in third at $1.25 million.

Nationally, Northern California code 94027 in Atherton took the top spot for the fifth year in a row, with a median price of $7.75 million, according to RealtyHop. It was followed by Miami Beach code 33109 in Florida at $6.1 million and Sagaponack code 11962 in New York at just under $6 million.
The least expensive zip code on the list is Rogers, Arkansas, with a median list price of $408,403.
