Where Is King Hill? Search For 2-Year-Old Philly Boy Continues
"I've had my investigators working around the clock," said Captain Mark Burgmann.

PHILADELPHIA—Nearly a week after a 2-year-old boy disappeared from his family, the Philadelphia Police Department is making another urgent plea to anyone who may have seen or heard anything to come forward. King Hill, the missing child, has not been seen since Tuesday, July 7.
"We are appealing to the public once again to anybody who has any information, please contact us," said Captain Mark Burgmann with the Philadelphia Police Department during a news conference Monday. "Anybody who may have had prior contact, please contact us no matter how insignificant you think it is so we can follow up on it."
At this time, no reward is being offered in the missing child's case; however, Burgmann said that is something they are looking into. As the search for the little boy continues, police said no stone will remain unturned.

"I’ve had my investigators working around the clock since we first took this report on this investigation. We are coordinating all references with the FBI —their child abduction rapid deployment team as well as profilers from their behavioral analysis unit," Burgmann said.
Pennsylvania State Police is also assisting in the investigation. Police said it was the little boy's stepfather who initially notified police that the child was missing.

The child was last seen at 9:50 a.m. at 31st and Page streets in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion section. Through their investigation, police said one witness also reported seeing the child on the Fourth of July. However, police are still working to confirm that.
"The last person who reported seeing him was the babysitter and that was all on July 7 when she said she turned the child over to the biological mother," Burgmann said. "We have the babysitter saying she turned the baby over. We have the mother saying ‘no’ she did not. That’s a significant difference."
According to police, the babysitter had been caring for the child for about two years.
"We are in touch with the babysitter, and the FBI is working with the babysitter," Burgemann said.
Police said they also remain in frequent communication with the family.
"We speak to them at least on a daily basis. The family misses the child very much, and they want him back," Burgmann said. "We are doing our best to sort through everybody’s story. It takes time, but we are speaking to everyone."
So far, police said everyone involved in the case is still cooperating.
King is 3 feet tall and weights 32 pounds. He has a thin build, light brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing an orange and tan striped shirt, khaki cargo pants, gray hooded sweatshirt and sneakers.
