2 Phoenixville Law Enforcement Officers Promoted To Rank of Lieutenant

Mayor Peter Urscheler Peter Ursheler adminstered the oath of office to Lieutenants Bryan MacIntyre and Joseph Nemic.

PHOENIXVILLE— Phoenixville Borough Council Tueday night approved the promotions of Cpl. Bryan MacIntyre and Sgt. Joseph Nemic to lieutenants of the borough police department.

Mayor Peter Urscheler administered the oath of office to MacIntyre and Nemic during the meeting in borough hall.

Nemic has three decades of experience in law enforcement, starting as a patrol officer in August 1991.
He was promoted to corporal, sergeant, accreditation manager, and administrative sergeant.
Nemic is also a member of the Chester County Response Team, responding to life threatening situations throughout the county.
MacIntyre began his career in law enforcement in 2007.
He was promoted to corporal in 2011, and served as an accident reconstructionist, field training officer, and narcotics investigator.
