PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Police in Phoenixville are asking for the public's help in identifying two individuals they said were involved in an incident downtown last week.
It occurred on Friday, Sept. 13 at around 11:08 p.m. in the Children's Plaza.
Authorities described it only as an act of "criminal mischief" and did not clarify exactly what occurred.
