Cool and breezy summer weather drew big crowds to he August First Friday event in downtown Phoenixville Friday.
Crowds rangin from toddlers to strollers to seniors on benches ad every age in between rocked out to the very end (10 p.m.) to the band The Upside who performed in the Children's Plaza alleyway off Bridge Street.
Bands performed on two other stages as well at corner of Main and Bridge Street as well as on Main Street.
The next First Friday celebration is scheduled for September 6.
