CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris will be in Chester County on Monday to campaign alongside anti-MAGA Republican Liz Cheney, part of a concentrated push in the Philadelphia suburbs by both parties in the lead up to the 2024 election.

Harris was in Bucks County last week, while Donald Trump and JD Vance were both in Montgomery County.

"Harris and Cheney plan to warn about the risk of a second Trump term for America and lay out the Vice President’s agenda for a New Way Forward for the American people that focuses on their needs, not the division and chaos of Donald Trump," organizers for Harris's campaign said in a statement.

Chester County Commissioner Josh Maxwell greeted Harris with his young son at the airport on Sunday.

Democrats said it's part of a multi-state tour for Harris with Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney and a vocal detractor of Trump. The pair will also visit key battleground counties in Wisconsin and Michigan.

Trump has now extended his lead to 0.8 points in Pennsylvania, according to an aggregate of polls from RealClearPolitics.
