Mayor Declares Trick or Treat Night
Do you find it helpful to have an "official time" declaration?
It's official, Halloween is officially "Trick or Treat Night" in the Borough of Phoenixville.
During his Mayor's report at Tuesday's Borough Council meeting Phoenixville Mayor Leo Scoda announced that he will declare Thursday October 31 from 6-8 p.m. as Trick or Treat Night in the Borough.
What time do your kids go trick or treating and is it helpful to have an "official" trick or treat time "declared" by the mayor?
