PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A brand new luxury apartment complex is now opening up in downtown Phoenixville.
The 240-unit property marketed as "The Phoenix" is spread across a 10,000 square foot space on 401 Gryffindor Drive, just off of Gay Street along the banks of French Creek.
The sprawling new construction is offering a range of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments, with one bedroom apartments ranging from $1,795 to $2,395.

The developer is Capano Residential, which also owns the existing Reserve on Forge and Eland Downe Townhomes.
The developers tout various community features for residents including a large conservatory with views of French Creek, a multimedia club room, a library, a pool with a sundeck, and a fitness club.
