New Coffee Shop, Bakery Opens In Downtown Phoenixville
The locally-focused shop is the production of a nonprofit partnership at the home of an old winery.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A brand new coffee shop and bakery has opened up its doors in downtown Phoenixville.
The new 260 Bridge Cafe is located on the corner of Bridge and Gay streets in the former location of the Black Walnut Winery.
It's a production of Partners Creating Community, a group of several nonprofits working together to improve opportunities and life for individuals with intellectual differences.

Mark Doberenz of Green Lion Breads and Peter Mike-Mayer of Heart Stone Coffee began the original initiative, and have since opened the therapeutic residential farm home Frog Hollow Farm, and an on-site coffee roasting business, Pear Tree Coffee Roasters.
Obviously, the new cafe also has a strong focus on locally produced and sustainably sourced ingredients, serving items from all of these initiatives.

The menu also features various bakery items like campfire cookies, bagels, pastries, and numerous more snacks and treats, including parfaits from Phoenixville's Pure Joy Creamery. Milk for drinks comes from Pottstown's Pigeon Creek Farms.
