PennDOT Road Repairs From Hurricane Ida Begin Monday In Chester County
Motorists are advised that crews will be working during the day on several state highways.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA PennDOT crews plan to repair several state highways in Chester County next week that were damaged during the remnants of Hurricane Ida in September 2021.
The work is scheduled to occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Motorists are advised of single-lane closures with flagging operations in these locations:
- Valley Park Road between Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) and Jug Hollow Road in Schuylkill Township;
- Route 82 (Manor Road) between Route 340 (Kings Highway) and Dogwood Dell Drive in West Brandywine Township;
- Business U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) between Old Lincoln Highway and Main Street in Valley Township, Chester County.
Motorists should allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
