Phoenixville Congregation Providing Space to Community

Local Church has low-cost space to be allocated to community-focused professionals and organizations.

The First Presbyterian Church of Phoenixville has been a presence in town for longer than the name “Phoenixville.” In the past they have provided rental space to nonprofits like Mom’s House and Stepping Stones preschools, as well as Phoenixville Women’s Outreach. They are currently hosting Better Days Ahead Outreach and providing meeting space for other area nonprofits.

The congregation has opened its building to rental by local non-profits, or by individuals who work with vulnerable people in the community. It currently has two rental spaces available:

1) A first floor, handicapped accessible, carpeted office space. The office is approximately 13 feet by 27 feet (300 SF), with an embedded shelving system that adds an additional 20 SF. The space is air conditioned, well-lit, and has numerous windows. Shared, separate men’s and women’s bathroom access is conveniently nearby on the same floor. WiFi access is also available, and the church has ample off-street parking. Rent for the space is $600 per month.

2) The church also has a third floor walk-up, tiled office space. The office is approximately 14 feet by 32 feet (450 SF), with an embedded shelving system and closet that adds an additional 30 square feet. The space is air conditioned, well-lit, and has numerous windows. Shared, separate men’s and women’s bathroom access is located one flight below. WiFi access is also available, and the church has ample off-street parking. Rent for the space is $700 per month. This space is ideal for someone seeking a large private office convenient to downtown, but with limited foot traffic.

For more information, call the church office at 610-933-8816 or email at secretaryfpc145@gmail.com. (Priority given to non-profits and those serving vulnerable people)
