A snow emergency has been declared in Phoenixville as the community responds to the recent storm. Here's what it means for parking.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Phoenixville has declared a snow emergency following the recent storm, which means that, among other things, parking is further restricted to only certain locations around the borough.

The emergency is in place until 10 p.m. Monday evening.
