Phoenixville Native Dies at 51
Survivors remember postal contractor as 'the glue that held the family together.'

Liz Pierson, 51, wife of Thomas E. Pierson of Spring City, PA, died peacefully in her home on Friday, September 27, 2013.
Born in Phoenixville, PA she was the daughter of James Knisley and Cheryl Evans, and Dale and Kitty Armstrong.
She worked a contract delivery route for the United State Postal Service.
Liz had a beautiful and creative mind. Liz's world was her family, and nothing else mattered. She was the glue that held the family together.
Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are:
Son, James Armstrong and wife Alicia;
Son, Bryan Armstrong and wife Lori;
Daughter, Brittany Bell;
Son, Thomas Pierson Jr.;
Son, Mackenzie Pierson;
5 Grandchildren, Ryan, Kaysie, Braydin, Patrick and Gavyn;
Sister, Kim Gennaria;
Brother, Dan Armstrong and wife Jackie;
Sister, Terri and Husband Doug Bates;
Sister, Cathy Garber.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service at the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 2:00pm.
Relatives and Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
