A 52-year-old man was struck and killed by a van on Schuylkill Road on Saturday night.

One defendant is a police officer and SWAT team member, the other is a West Chester University student whose marriage was arranged in Macedonia.

UPDATE: Upper Providence Man Arrested for Alleged Child Rape

The man, who shared a bedroom with the 12-year-old boy, claims that the acts were consensual.
