Police: Phoenixville Man Charged With DUI Following Traffic Stop

A Phoenixville man faces D.U.I. charges after police said he failed a field sobriety test Sunday.

East Pikeland Township Police stopped a vehicle for speeding on the 500 block of Schuylkill Road around 2:45 a.m. Sunday, March 1, police said.

Police determined that the operator was driving under the influence after administering field sobriety tests, East Pikeland Police said.

Jeff Ward, 29, of the 700 block of West Ridge Gardens Way in Phoenixville has been charged with driving under the influence, police said.
