Two Dogs Found Running On Route 23 Toward Phoenixville
The pair of labs were picked up by a good samaritan.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A brown lab and a golden were found running along Route 23 on Friday, and a local good samaritan is trying to help them find their way home.
The pups were picked up as they headed toward Phoenixville, near the Aqua PA water plant.
Both dogs have fence collars on them, but no ID tags.
