Richland Police Apprehend New Jersey Homicide Suspect

Richland Township police arrested Joseph Borges, wanted for a homicide in Paterson, New Jersey, on Monday night.

They spotted Borges walking along Solomon Run Road while responding to a 911 hang-up call at the Super 8 Motel.

Johnstown Police were notified by New Jersey authorities that Borges was staying in a hotel in the area.

Borges is being held at the Cambria County prison.
