Huge Apartment & Townhouse Development Opens In Pittsburgh Area

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A new residential development on the site of the former Sam's Club and Pace Warehouse along McKnight Road officially opened on Thursday.
The Foundmore on Hillview Drive consists of 272 apartments units in four buildings, and 17 multistory apartment townhome rentals in the former Chi Chi’s restaurant parking area. The property features a 10,000-square-foot, two-story clubhouse with a fitness area, co-working, lounge, pool and grill area.
There also are multiple green space areas for pets and a walking trail around the development, a project of RDC of Bridgeville and the Connecticut-based Commonwealth Development Partners.

"RDC's investment in the former Sam Club warehouse, turning it into a thriving housing development, is just one example of the potential for growth and revitalization in Ross," Denise Rickenbode, township Ward 8 commissioner, said in a statement. "This investment expands our local tax base and supports our local businesses."
