According to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, which brokered the deal, the sale of the house at 5565 Northumberland St. is the largest thus far in 2024 on the West Penn Multi-List. Howard Hanna's Amy Bair was the agent on the transaction.

The 10,475 square-foot home has seven bedrooms, seven full baths, and three partial baths. According to the Hanna listing, the home was painstakingly restores and boasts an open layout integrating the living, dining and kitchen areas.

The rear of the property features a sprawling yard with an outdoor kitchen, a dining space and terraces. The lower level? It has large, versatile areas ideal for an office, wine simulator. An in-law suite sits atop the three-car garage.
