The ATF is offering $10,000 while the National Shooting Sports Foundation is kicking in $5,000, according to an ATF news release.

The reward is part of a larger initiative in which the ATF and NSSF partner up in offering rewards in cases involving the theft of firearms from federally licensed gun retailers.

Founding Fathers Outfitters said that the thieves were able to make off with a "few firearms" before they fled from arriving police officers.

The store said if anyone is worried about leaving a tip, they can pass it along to the business, which in turn would pass it along to anonymously to police investigators.

Business officials said on social media that the building is currently being renovated for security upgrades and it would reopen as soon as the work is finished.

The incident is being investigated by the ATF, the Springfield Township Police Department and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
