352-Unit Conshohocken Development Hearing Postponed

Conshohocken Borough will hold the conditional use hearing for a proposal on West Elm and Corson Streets on May 15.

 

The conditional use hearing on a proposed 352-unit housing development on West Elm and Corson Streets in Conshohocken scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed to May 15.

The hearing was designed to discuss a proposal from John Forde that includes a multi-family dwelling, associated parking and amenities on a 10-acre lot on the west side of Conshohocken.

According to the Times Herald, two eight-story building would be placed on the ten-acre site. 

The hearing has been continued to 7 p.m. on May 15, to coincide with council’s regular monthly meeting at Borough Hall.
