401 Nirvana Offers Diner Food by Day, Indian Cuisine by Night
The Fayette Street spot now features modern Indian fare - and is BYOB - every night.

If you’re interested in traditional Indian cuisine with a modern flare in a BYOB setting at night – 401 Nirvana’s got that too.

New owner Nabin Chhantyal and Chef Jagmeet “Happy” Singh have joined forces to create the unique restaurant, located at 401 Fayette Street in Conshohocken Borough.
"We want people try different items everyday," said Chhantyal, "so they can get familiar with Indian food."

In addition to traditional American fare for breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the weekdays and 3 p.m. on the weekends, the restaurant will offer a prix fixe Indian menu beginning at 11 a.m. every day.
Dinner runs from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and until 10 p.. on Friday and Saturday.
According to the restaurant, Singh likes to push traditional limits, and put new twists on classics.
“From flaming presentations to colorful edible terrariums, his goal is to wow the guests, going above and beyond their expectations,” according to the website.
