Alleged Underage Drinkers Found Passed Out in Grass, Volkswagen, Police Say

Whitpain Township Police charged Charles Williamson, 20, of Conshohocken, and Victoria Reimer, 18, of Bridgeport with underage drinking.

A Conshohocken man, police said, was passed out on the grass along the parking lot of Whitpain Hills, and couldn't be woken up. The same goes for a Bridgeport woman, who, police said, was passed out in a Volkswagen in the parking lot.

Charles Williamson, 20, of the 400 block of Old Elm Street, and Victoria Reimer, 18, of the 900 block of Ford Street, were found by Whitpain Township Police after a call of a suspicious man and woman in the parking lot of the 2500 building of Whitpain Hills at 6:32 a.m. July 20, police said.

An ambulance was called for the pair. Police said both eventually woke up on their own.
