Burglars Target Whitemarsh Auto Shop, Police Say

Fosters Auto Repair was broken into twice in less than a month, according to authorities.

 

Whitemarsh Township Police are investigating the report of a burglary at Fosters Auto Repair, marking the second break-in at the business since late April.

Owner Robert Foster told police that on the morning of May 13, he discovered that someone entered the building the night before through an unlocked window and unplugged the lights of the business, according to the police.

According to a report, Foster said nothing seemed to be missing from the business, located on the 3000 block of Butler Pike in the Conshohocken section of the township.

Three pry bars were stolen from the business during an overnight robbery on April 25, according to police.
