Cantina Feliz Owners Sues Ambler Restaurateur Over Name
According to Philly.com, the owners of Cantina Feliz in Fort Washington are suing an Ambler man who wants to open a restaurant in the borough called Taco Feliz.
According to Philly.com, Brian Sirhal and Tim Spinner, owners of Cantina Feliz in Fort Washington, have filed a lawsuit against Rene Hernandez Zepeda, of Ambler, attempting to block him from naming his restaurant “Taco Feliz.”
Mexican-native Zepeda told Philly.com that he did not know Cantina Feliz existed two miles away, and that the word “feliz” is a common name for restaurants in his home country.
