Colonial Middle School TSA Erects Plymouth Waterway Sign
Students in the Technology Student Association created an informational sign to help educate residents on local waterways.
Students from the Colonial Middle School Technology Student Association created a sign to educate residents on the importance of local waterways, which includes photos of wildlife.
The sign, photos of which were submitted by a reader, explains the local animals in the area.

“We have a responsibility to care for this creek, as well as the other water systems within our area,” the sign says. “Take a close look, enjoy the creatures, but do it carefully.”
The 2013 construction challenge event team, made up of Giancarlo Donnini, Nicole Exposito, Scott Horry, Aidan Mcleney, Karen Minecci and James Phair, created the sign.

The sign thanks TSA advisor Clint Rickers, Plymouth Township Council Chair Sheldon Simpson and Plymouth Township Buildings and Grounds Director Rick Carbo.
The team recently competed at a regional competition, placing first in three team and four individual events.
