Conshohocken Billionaire Lands On Forbes Richest People List
It was first ever appearance of the local mogul on Forbes' list.
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Conshohocken billionaire Mitchell Morgan, owner of the real estate company Morgan Properties, landed on the annual Forbes World's Billionaires list.
It was the 70-year-old Morgan's debut on the list, as he saw his net worth skyrocket over the past year with new investments and the expansion of his business.
Morgan's net worth is $5.5 billion, according to Forbes, placing him at 619th in the world.

Elon Musk ($342 billion), Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg (estimated net worth $216 billion), Amazon’s Jeff Bezos ($215 billion), Oracle’s Larry Ellison ($192 billion), and French luxury goods kingpin Bernard Arnault ($178 billion) led the top five of the list.
Other Montgomery County billionaires on the list included Susquehanna trading firm CEO Jeffrey Yass, Toll Brothers CEO Bruce Toll, King of Prussia tax software sisters Amanda Westphal Radcliffe and Stefanie Westphal Thompson.
