Conshohocken Woman Helped Boyfriend Sexually Assault Child: Feds

The woman "facilitated" the abuse and also later filmed and even participated in it, according to authorities.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A Conshohocken woman who helped her boyfriend sexually abuse a 12-year-old child, "facilitating and participating" in the acts, has been sentenced to prison, a U.S. District Court announced this week.

Tina Marie Farley, 49, of Conshohocken, will spend the next 35 years behind bars, Judge Joshua D. Wolson ruled. She pleaded guilty to an array of charges in January, including sexual abuse of a minor and manufacture of child pornography.

Authorities said the child knew Farley and trusted her.

"This defendant badly betrayed a child who trusted her, and now must be held to account for that exploitation," U.S. Attorney David Metcalf said in a statement. "Those who sexually abuse children cause lasting harm, an emotional toll that’s unfathomable. My office and the FBI are working aggressively every day to find and prosecute child predators, to keep them from hurting more innocent victims."

Farley was originally charged back in Dec. 2023, but the assaults began in Oct. 2017. They continued for about 18 months, officials said.

Throughout the course of numerous assaults, officials said Farley filmed and photographed the sexual abuse of the child, committed by her boyfriend. At times, she sexually assaulted the child herself, officials said.

In addition to the prison sentence, Farley was sentenced to 10 years of probation and a $3,000 fine.
