Conshy Elementary to Hold Kids Consignment Sale
The Parent Teacher Organization fundraiser will be held on April 20 at the Fellowship House.

Conshohocken Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will hold its third annual Conshy Kids Consignment Sale on April 20 at the Fellowship House of Conshohocken, located at 515 Harry Streeet in Conshohocken.
The community-based fundraiser is meant to benefit the school, the consignors, who collectively made over $4,000 last year, those purchasing the gently used clothing and other items, and also to highlight the importance of “reuse” during Earth Day celebrations.

The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a half-price sale from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.; between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., consignors are welcome to pick up their clothes before they are donated to Cradles to Crayons.
This year, the event will feature a teen area for the first time, including Hollister, Abercrombie and other teen fashions, according to the event’s Facebook page.

Consigners will earn 50-55 percent of the profits of all clothes sold, according to the Conshy Kids Consignment website. Conshohocken Elementary PTO will receive 40 percent, and the Fellowship House of Conshohocken will receive the other 10 percent.
