Conshy Woman Accused of Making Two ‘Straw Purchases’ Held for Trial
The woman allegedly purchased two handguns and was arrested last month following an investigation.

A 26-year-old Conshohocken woman who allegedly made two straw purchases of handguns in Delaware County waived her preliminary hearing this week.
According to a story in mainlinemedianews.com, Ashly Judge, of the 1100 block of Jones Street, entered a straight waiver on Tuesday.
Judge was arrested following an investigation last month; according to the story, Judge purchased an FNH 9mm semiautomatic handgun in June at Double Action Gun Store in Yeadon, and purchased a 9mm Walther handgun and a box of bullets at Miller’s Gun Shop in Linwood in July; the latter was delivered to a man identified as Lamont Carter, according to the story. He was not charged in connection with the purchase, but the investigation is ongoing.

According to court documents, Judge was charged with two felony counts of firearms violations and two counts of tampering with public records/information. She was also arrested in August in Chester Township and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, simple assault and criminal trespass.
Judge is free on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
