Assistant District Attorney Samantha Cauffman opposed Dolan’s request, calling it “self centered.”

Cauffman said that Dolan‘s request indicates that he does not understand the trauma that he put the victim through.

“It’s not as if she gets an early termination on the trauma he’s inflicted on her,” Cauffman said, according to the Times Herald.

Dolan served two years of a three-year maximum sentence at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. He was released in December of 2011, and was on parole through November of 2012.

Dolan is also required to place his name and address on the state’s Megan’s Law list for 25 years.

According the Delco Times, Dolan contacted the victm on April 24 at 2:30 a.m., offering $200 for oral sex, as well as other messages throughout the day, including a request to meet him for paid sex at Miles Park in Whitemarsh Township.

The victim contacted her mother, who took the girl to the Whitemarsh Police Department, and the number was traced to an account in Dolan’s name.
