Guppy’s Good Times Opens Second Location
A VIP opening at the Hillcrest Plaza Shopping Center in East Norriton was held Wednesday; it opened to the public Thursday.
Conshohocken business owner and philanthropist Robin Gupta officially opened the second Guppy’s Good Times location at the Hillcrest Plaza Shopping Center in East Norriton on Thursday, offering area fans a new chance to experience the "Good Food, Good Tunes, and Good Times" they can find at Guppy's on Maple Street in Conshohocken.
The menu is the same at both bars, including various fries, tuna wontons, and wings for specials, sandwiches and wraps, burgers, and specialties such as prk chops, sesame-crusted tuna and salmon al fresco. Sunday breakfast is also served at both locations.

The East Norriton location has an emphasis on craft beer; while Guppy's in Conshohocken currently has 16 taps with a mix of craft and national beer, the 10 taps in the new spot are dedicated to local brews- which Gupta asked for suggestions on via Facebook - and national beers are sold by the bottle.
The Conshohocken Guppy's makes a big commitment to local charities and recycling, and things will be the same in East Norriton.

"Community is a big part of the business…and we should operate with them in mind," Gupta told Patch in March.
Live music will be featured on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday nights, and sometimes Saturdays, at the new location.
