Local Restaurants Enter ‘Battle of the Burger’
Baggataway, Broad Axe, Lucky Dog, Southern Cross Kitchen and MaGerks all have horses in the Philadelphia Magazine race.

Five local restaurants are competing in Philadelphia Magazine’s “Battle of the Burger,” and customers are asked to vote online to pick a favorite.
A number of burgers from restaurants in Philadelphia and its suburbs were listed on the magazine’s website on Friday, and readers are asked to pick 50 finalists, which will be announced July 6.

Baggataway Tavern’s Blue Cheese and Onion Burger (West Conshohocken)

As of 2 p.m. Friday, Broad Axe and Baggatway Taverns were leading the local lot in the Top 15.
