"It has always been a dream to grow Federal Donuts & Chicken out of our amazing city and into the suburbs of Philadelphia,” partner Michael Solomonov said in a statement to Patch. “We hope our new Willow Grove shop is a place where folks can bring their loved ones for a delicious slice of comfort at any time of day.”

The new shop will offer inside small, cozy indoor dining for up to 12, with both bar stools and tables.

The size of the Conshohocken shop has not yet been announced.

The menu for the new stores expanded, with several donut flavors including speciality cake old fashioned, vanilla bean sprinkle, and powdered sugar. La Colombe coffee and espresso, along with hashbrons and chicken sandwiches, remain staples.

Founded in Philly in 2011 by James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, Federal Donuts quickly expanded to more than 10 locations between the city and the Las Vegas area.
