
Whitemarsh Police arrested a Philadelphia man last week after he allegedly rolled his Ford F-350 truck, knocking down power lines near the Spring Mill Fire Co.
Nicolas Krier, 31 of the 8500 block of Glen Campbell Road, was arrested Nov. 4 at about 2:30 a.m. According to police, it was "obvious" that Krier was intoxicated.
Wires were in the roadway and wrapped around the vehicle as a result of the crash; the driver, later identified as Krier, was trapped in the truck, but not seriously injured.

Crews from PECO arrived at the scene and determined that the wires were not live. Krier was flown to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment.
